Payment schedule:

• £1000 fully refundable reservation fee
• 30% after due diligence period- contracts signed here
• 70% on completion

Rental return:

A full rental and management service is available and returns are projected to be in excess of 7%

The furniture pack includes everything needed to you make your villa ready for renting. The prices of the packs are discounted and are much cheaper than the retail prices.
