Homesgofast Launches Spiders: Automated Online Property Uploads

Overseas property portal Homesgofast is now making it even easier for people to list properties. Online property sellers no longer need to take any part in outing their properties into the portals database, because Homesgofast's new spider will crawl their website on request, and automatically add all their properties into the Homesgofast database in a matter of days. The spider will then crawl each day to make continual updates of sellers' listings.

Nick Marr, Homesgofast director said:

"We are both excited and proud to be one of the few UK based overseas property portals to have a completely automated system for adding properties to our database. Okay the use of XML feeds to upload properties is completely automated, but only following a lot of work on the sellers' part to create the various different feeds required by any portal they want to list with.

"Our new robot makes it easier for small companies, who perhaps can't afford the computer software or staff to create xml feeds to keep large portfolios of property listed with up to date details on our portal, which I can say is one of the UK's leading portal's without being big headed."
