Homesgofast Expansion Continues with 200 New Jamaican Properties

Overseas property portal Homesgofast has announced the addition of 200 properties for sale in Jamaica to their database. The portal, which enjoys good positions in the search engines for searches related to Jamaican property, hopes to be adding more new properties in Jamaica in the near future according to director Nick Marr, he said:

"We have a huge demand for Jamaican property from people in the UK and Canada seeking to return home, as well as sons and daughters of Jamaican descent wanting to buy a piece of their parents heritage. We are very highly ranked for terms relating to property in Jamaica and I think we should be the place people come to find buy or sell property in Jamaica.

"I think the region offers great opportunities even in today's climate and those considering returning back to Jamaica after benefitting from the UK property market are getting good value for money. We are currently seeking more property in Jamaica."

According to Google Trends Jamaican property is currently receiving among the highest search volumes in the world. For instance France property receives only 60% of the volume of searches that Jamaica property receives.

France property has recently been named as most popular in Europe according to Google trends recording of search figures.

Alexa traffic rankings also show that specialist Jamaican real estate firms, which rank highly in Google for searches relating to Jamaica property are currently ranked very high in Alexa, which means they are receiving a lot of traffic -- more even than general overseas property searches.

Homesgofast's properties for sale in Jamaica start from just £133,000; that's for a sizeable house in Richmond St Ann. For £145,000 to portal is advertising a 3 bedroom house with large garden in St Elizabeth.
