Turkey Property in Bodrum to be Boosted by New UK Flights

The Bodrum property market will be boosted by new low-cost flights from Manchester, according to UK based Turkey property agent Spot Blue.

When asked for his response to the announcement of the once-weekly flights to Bodrum from Manchester by Jet2, Julian Walker, director of the firm said:

"Keep them coming. We love to hear about new flights to Turkey, from the UK or anywhere else in the world, because they will continue to benefit the property market, in the areas covered and in the country's tourist areas as a whole."

Walker went on to explain the benefit to the Bodrum property market: "New flights means that demand for flights, and therefore tourism is growing, as well as allowing growth to accelerate by providing more flight capacity. This increasing tourism will continue to make Turkey a popular choice with overseas investors and holiday home investors. Meanwhile holiday home buyers and retirees look to increased accessibility in making their choice over where to buy."

Turkey continues to grow into one of the top places to buy property. While the economy saw recession it was a short one and its recovery has been strong. Property buyers are told to look for a long season, with plenty of places to eat and drink, and good accessibility, each of Turkey's resort locations, including Bodrum has all these things in abundance.

Spot Blue is currently marketing property in Turkey from as little as £25,000, including 1 bedroom apartments, walking distance from the sea in Bodrum from £50,000.
