Global Property Guide Figures Highlight Egypt for Investment

The renowned website Global Property Guide has just released new data on the investment ratings of global cities. Although they rated Chisinau in Moldova number one, with a three star long-term investment rating coupled with its incredible 14.7% gross rental yields, Cairo's Egypt was a very close second with 4 stars for long-term investment and excellent 12% gross rental yields.

This shows that according to GPG research, rental yields in Cairo Egypt have been unaffected by the global slowdown, because the Egypt country page puts yields at 12% in August last year. In Chisinau the GPG research finds a slight drop in rental yields.

The same goes for many of the top ten, which also have slightly falling rental yields, and none have above a 4 star long-term investment rating. This makes Egypt an excellent place for foreign investment according to GPG research.
