GEM Estates to Hold Online Seminars for Caribbean Properties
While the seminars are not a new idea, the fact that GEM estates are planning to allow potential buyers to attend the seminar anywhere, via their computer screen is an attempt to make use of today's modern world to increase sales in a difficult market.
GEM Estates have also recently stepped up their online pr activities, sometimes issuing multiple press releases on the same day onto the web.
Amidst the global credit crunch it is sink or swim, and Caribbean property could easily suffer because it tends to be comparatively pricey compared to some of the emerging markets offering similar qualities, Cyprus, and Turkey for instance. GEM Estates seem to be doing all the right things to ensure their business comes out the other side of the global credit-crunch.
