Dubai Property Investors, Go Online to Check Development Status

The Dubai Real Estate Regulatroy Agency has started an online programme to allow investors and property buyers to find out more easily if the development, in which they have put their money, is to be built on schedule, has been delayed, or cancelled.

The Independent Progress Monitoring report will be completely impartial, data on building progress will come as a result of government engineers inspected developments and uploading their findings to the site.

This will undoubtedly be a huge source of solaces for the many hundreds of overseas investors in Dubai property, who must currently be on the phone at least twice a week as reports about cacelled developments in Dubai emanate.
