Apart-Hotels: A Safe Investment for Cautious Investors

People who still see the benefits of an overseas property investment but are unsure where to put their money in an unstable world should invest in apart-hotels according to and industry expert. Liam Bailey director of Write About Property a company specialising in writing press releases for the property industry said:

Overseas Property Professional said in an article this week that apart-hotels were to be particularly popular with investors in 2009, and J W Marriots new resort in Canada is to be sold under the investment model.
